Joseph A. Gernhauser (son of Kasper Gernhauser) was a professor of music.  Joseph married Rosalie Talen and had two sons: Henry and Louis.  Henry Joseph Gernhauser married Eleanor Yochum and had five sons: Henry, John, Maurice, Paul and Louis.
